Usually August is pretty tame around here…not this year.
The brand new Inn at Dundee Hills in downtown Dundee, Oregon is launching its first Dundee Food & Wine Classic the weekend of August 29-30 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
The wine bar at the inn features biodynamic wine producers on Saturday, and what owner Kendall Bergstrom describes as “Oregon’s Young Guns” on Sunday.
Those attending also will taste rubs, olive oils, salts, and chocolates from the inn’s featured purveyors, all packaged as chef-inspired appetizers. Think local! Think fresh!!! Think Oregon summer at its best.
